Patrick Curry, 22, Wautoma, was issued a citation for loud and unnecessary noise after a complainant reported his car alarm was repeatedly going off.
May 2
Timothy King, 21, Platteville, Alexander Streber, 19, Platteville, and Kyle Russell, 18, Cottage Grove, were all cited after a complaint had been reported to the police about a loud party. King received a citation for loud and unnecessary noise. Streber and Russell each received underage drinking citations.
May 3
Gabriel Epting, 20, Platteville, was cited for retail theft at Walmart.
Ethan Olson, 19, Platteville, was cited for removing a road construction sign and bringing it back to his house. When the officer confronted Olson, he admitted to taking it and put it back where it belonged.
May 4
Crystal Droessler, 21, Platteville, was cited after her dog bit a man and proceeded to jump on the caller’s car, causing damage. She is also required to fill out a Grant County Health Department bite order.
Tevis Mott, 21, Platteville, Anders Langlo, 18, Platteville, Tyler Kennedy, 20, Platteville, Meghan Mussche, 20, Wyanet, Tanner Schoff, 19, Walnut, Bradley Duermit, 19, Platteville, and Bradley Sanden, 19, Platteville, were issued citations after a police officer observed loud music coming from one of the apartments at Dodgehouse Apartments. Mott was issued a citation for loud and unnecessary noise. The rest were given underage consumption citations.
May 5
Adam Cook, 22, Morrison, was cited for loud and unnecessary noise outside while drinking around a bonfire.
Quincy Hudson, 23, Platteville, was cited for loud and unnecessary noise after a complaint had been reported about a party Hudson was at.
Austin Krueger, 20, Platteville, was followed home by Officer Matt Froiseth when he was observed to be driving with no headlights during dark hours. When Froiseth followed Krueger into his driveway, Froiseth exited his vehicle to talk with him. Without realizing it, Froiseth had not put his vehicle in park and attempted to push the brake when he noticed it rolling forward. Unfortunately, Froiseth hit the accelerator instead, causing the squad car to strike Krueger and his vehicle. Krueger was taken to the hospital and so far his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
May 6
Quincy Bufkin, 25, Platteville, and Michelle Devries Williams, 22, Platteville, were cited for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, respectively, after a caller had reported she had been attacked by an individual.
