Senate update: Extra student to serve in EMS dean search

The original search and screen committee was to have only one student but senate added another to increase student representation in the decision.
Former Senate VP to serve on inclusivity committee
Devine Nzegwu, senior international studies major, was unanimously elected to serve on the inclusivity committee. Senators discussed whether or not Nzegwu should be elected in a closed session of senate.
Hendryx sworn in with close vote
In an 11-7-3 vote and after much deliberation in closed session, senior social science major Adam Hendryx was sworn in as a senator to represent the College of Liberal Arts and Education.
