The UW-Platteville’s women’s athletics and Frito Lay are joining together to sponsor a Women’s Night Out to be held from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 in the Williams Fieldhouse. This event is for all women in the community.

A Vendor Booth Showcase will be held for the first hour of the night, featuring such vendors as Frito Lay, Wild Clover Day Spa, Avon and more.

After the showcase, Women’s Night Out will feature seminars on hobbies, and health. There will be a wide variety of activities such as Tai Chi fundamentals, stability ball, massages, dancing and even a session on flower arranging.

There will also be door prizes given away every five minuets and a raffle drawing for a chance to win a golf package from Platteville Gold and Country Club, a Frito Lay grill and cooler and athletic apparel.

All of the proceeds from this event will go to help the UW-P’s athletic teams.
